Shipping Policy
Shipping Orders are orders that are shipped nationwide to all 50 states via USPS and UPS, including HI and AK. There is no minimum for shipping orders.
SHIPPING METHODS
Standard: Our least expensive shipping option. Ships out with either USPS or UPS. In transit for 1-4 business days.
2 Day Shipping: Ships out with UPS 2-Day Air. In transit for 2 business days.
Refund Policy
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Due to our products being perishable, Mad Batter by Risa does not accept returns or exchanges.
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please reach out to us at hello@madbatterbyrisa.com within 2 days of receiving your order, including a photo/s and a detailed description of the issue.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
