At the moment, the best way for vendors to get an account is to contact me directly. I will be adding vendor account signup forms shortly, so please enter your information there.
Generally, the vendors should sell unique, artisan, or ethnic food. Prior shipping experience is not a prerequisite but is recommended. I monitor the quality of the products so that if problems arise, the vendor will get a notification.
In order to get information specific to each vendor, please contact me directly. However, there usually two ways to go about label printing (directly via the site or as recommended via the third party like USPS). You may use any shipping service in the US. Payment is done via PayPal, unless you specify otherwise.
We are constantly on the look for new products. If you find one that you are simply blown away by, and would like to see it on the site, please provide me with the information via email.
Due to the items being perishable, we do not take returns or refunds. If you are unhappy with the product, you may reach out to the vendor or to me directly and we can solve the problem from there. Also note that we do not have any control over carrier shipping times.
